Pros

I work at the Malaysia office. Generally, I think the company cares a decent amount about us as employees and recently even improved health benefits to meet industry standards and maybe more. On top of meal allowance, there are also company-wide buffet luncheons for major events, which is great! Another thing is that I noticed that the company is also willing to invests in technology to improve security and has provided every employee with a MacBook. Great experience working so far!

Cons

Even though we started to have townhalls, I would appreciate having more of those to communicate company goals and updates more frequently.

WIll get fat easily because there are snacks and ice-cream in pantry.
