Learning and potential- You’re much encouraged to learn at Okg and you will have learning fund to utilise. Scope of work: most of the team will have their own scope of work where you do not have to work out if it. As long as you follow the OKR & KPI. Food allowance available. Transport allowance for noon & night shift.

Cons

Leadership: its really up to who becomes your leader. It shouldn’t be like that. Definitely an area to improve. Culture: mostly Chinese culture even though the company takes pride in a diversity environment. No worklife balance. 5 days office. Shifts on top. Taking a toll on my mental health.

New hires are encouraged to quickly adapt to working tools and acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s products. While the learning curve can be steep, the supportive and collaborative environment makes the process enjoyable. Additionally, the focus on skill development and knowledge investment is highly appreciated, as it empowers employees to grow professionally and contribute effectively to the team.
