Pros

As employees, we receive a lot of benefits in the workplace that help us stay focused and healthy. OKX has a very good working atmosphere; people here are friendly and talkative with each other.

Cons

The only con I could mention is the speed of receiving information every day. For example, you have to stay at the forefront to keep up with market news so that you can always provide comprehensive insights to the team. However, this is typical of the fast-growing industry and is a very good practice for staying competitive in the market.
