- holistic benefits (20 days+ AL, extended health insurance, learn allowance, health allowance, lunch and OT meal allowance.) - luxe location/office located in MBFC - the hybrid work arrangement, annual salary increment and promotion is up to TL's approval. - healthy and encouraging team vibe >> AGAIN, depends on your team :)

Cons

- The product and engineering team is Chinese peeps/culture-centric, which leads to a pushy and high-hanging fruit workplace overall. But it isn't a Con per se, since Crypto itself reiterates so fast >> break things and move fast. LFG!
