The worst HR function

To put it plainly, my experience with this company has been overwhelmingly negative, with much of the dissatisfaction stemming from the HR function. The HR team has significantly influenced the internal culture in a way that seems to be detrimental to the company's health and reputation. Their actions and behaviors have surpassed the boundaries of professional and ethical conduct, which I find deeply unsettling. It's a situation that requires serious attention and rectification.

Fast pace and fun work environment in a new exciting technology.

Cons

The company is 24 hours / day so work life balance is hard at first but once settled in it gets easier to manage.
