      good tc good benefits good exposure (if you're in the right team/product line)

      Cons

      RTO too many reorgs ; your product and features can get shelved instantly trend-chasing at times (rather than 1st principles)

      They expect that they are in Crypto to be enough to satisfy the employee. You are a resource for them to use and you are lucky to be in crypto.
