-There is a substantial level of autonomy and freedom within the role to create the work that is meaningful both to you and the business -The team is made up of highly intelligent, thoughtful colleagues who care about crypto -There is opportunity to learn and grow in your role -Leadership is very up front about the plans and involves all functions

Cons

-Crypto is so fast paced and the environment is constantly changing -The remote culture makes it a bit difficult to connect to colleagues

Cons

Job is demanding as it comes with challenges, culture is different than western companies, crypto is in a bear market
