Competitive compensation, performance based bonus, fully remote positions, extremely knowledgable and talented people, excellent opportunities, quick impact and feedback, lots of room to develop and grow, and supportive team leaders.

Cons

Fast-paced environment cannot be avoided due to the nature of the industry, can be demanding at times, need to continue to build a stronger connection in culture and communication skills between teams in different countries, and benefits could be a bit better.

1. Accessible leadership, clear vision 2. Action oriented mindset across the company 3. Budget of a major brand and agility of a startup 4. Lots of room to grow and put a stake in the ground 5. Lots of opportunities to be a thinker and doer both

Cons

1. Working across multiple timezones can be challenging 2. An output + delivery driven mindset isn’t for everyone 3. Work-life balance can be problematic but as long as you can draw boundaries that work for you, you’ll be good

The people and the parternships/brands that we as a company are exposed to is a massive pro! Also, I work with some of the best and brightest people which is a huge pro!

Cons

As we are all spread out globally, timezones can be tricky!
