OKG is a great place to work if you are looking for data oriented company and management who support new ideas, testing new thing and achieve result as a team. Love the cultures and the people in the team!

Cons

Onboarding training is a little bit lacking. Require more time to deeply understand the industry.

Pros

The company offers excellent employee benefits and engagement, although there have been some downgrades, likely due to rising operational costs and mass hiring.

Cons

The shift basis seems unnecessary, particularly since the Malta team is available to cover other time zones and our role does not involve direct user engagement or frontline duties. Despite this, there has been no salary increase, and it might be more beneficial to replace the learning allowance with dental and eyewear allowances.
