OKG practicing Work-Life Balance, work from home practicing, ,Comprehensive health insurance, and perks like wellness programs,Regular acknowledgment of employees' hard work and achievements.

Cons

Most of the team of employees was working on rotational shift (morning,noon,night), and for someone who prefer day shift / have chronic illness is not adviseable as per shift rotational is required

I appreciate the little things, like the snacks provided, which create a relaxed environment. Additionally, the festive celebrations throughout the year foster a sense of community and connection. This supportive culture not only makes work enjoyable but also encourages collaboration among the team
