Performance culture, the bar is high here. It's definitely not for everyone but if you love to tackle hard problems, build, and aren't afraid to work hard then it's the right place.

Cons

High demand opportunity, you have to be willing to do the work. Communication is still not perfect but management is improving in this area. Global company so the hours are demanding.

The company introduced 2 learning platforms, one for general professional topics, the other is mainly technical contents. We also have the learning ambassadors to help guide learnings, I enjoy quite a lot the learning & development support the company provided.

Cons

there is no specific program for a specific job function growth.

Pros

Good benefits, lunch is paid for. Dinner is covered if you OT. Good health insurance and medical coverage and gym perks.

Cons

No work-life balance. Get ready to say good bye to your external social life. Very chinese company culture. You can forget about doing your core work when there are meetings after meetings. Despite the desire to internationalize, majority are still using mandarin to communicate.
