      Okx/Okcoin worst experience in my career

      Pros

      Toxic and stressful workplace. The management does bot care about anyone. There is no clear future strategy. There is no proper support or career progress. You may lose your job any second because there is a chaos in the company.

      Chaotic toxic workplace, nothing to learn or improve your skills.

      Toxic culture, worse HR team in the industry

      Good salary. Nice office and excellent team.

      Cons

      90% of the Ireland team was made redundant. No support was offered by the company, no compensation package. Not even flexibility to work from home in the last month after we got noticed of the redundancy. This company shares a lot of its line of business with Okcoin which was always very suspicious form the beginning. The HR team based in Malta was in charge of supporting Dublin. They promised a pension plan in every single employee job offer and this was never set and executed in over a year. The HR lead (Lucia) is unqualified, rude, and lacks soft skills. This is by far the worse job experience that I have even gone through. If you don’t speak Chinese, you won’t progress in this company.
