      Lack of Cross-Functional Collaboration Teams often operate in silos, with limited alignment or shared objectives between counterparts. This can create inefficiencies and hinder overall collaboration. Lengthy and Redundant Interview Process The pre-onboarding process involves an extensive series of interviews (up to five), some of which were scheduled outside of standard working hours. Additionally, several interviewers repeated similar questions, indicating a lack of coordination across the interview panel. Compensation and Communication Concerns Initial offers may not reflect market standards, and follow-up communication post-negotiation or interview may be inconsistent or absent.

      Pros

      Ok pay but once market picks up, expect high number of people leaving due to poor management and working culture. Snacks are available. Food coupons for lunch. Dinner coupons for those who overtime.

      Cons

      Terrible work culture with clueless management who only care about making employees work overtime constantly. Turnover is insanely high, layoffs happen twice a year, and the whole place runs on fear and toxic leadership. Just search for similar reviews—you’ll find plenty, mixed in with fake positive ones written by HR. Senior management has been here since the company was small, and now it’s just incompetence running the show. Don’t waste your time joining—I’m actively trying to leave, but it’s tough to schedule interviews with the mandatory in-office overtime. Working to midnight isn’t uncommon here.

      Frustrating and Misleading Hiring Experience"

      The recruitment team was polite and professional in communication. The opportunity initially seemed interesting, given the international background.

      Cons

      The employment contract raised serious concerns. It included extremely unusual working hours (00:00–23:59, Monday to Sunday), which creates uncertainty about work-life balance. The bonus structure was not explained or clarified, despite the absence of a collective agreement. The contract contained multiple errors and typos (e.g. irrelevant wording like “medicine samples”), which made it look unprofessional. Key employment terms, such as schedule and expectations, were not clearly defined. When these issues were raised, the company did not attempt to resolve them; instead, the offer was simply withdrawn.
