Pros

The recruitment team was polite and professional in communication. The opportunity initially seemed interesting, given the international background.

Cons

The employment contract raised serious concerns. It included extremely unusual working hours (00:00–23:59, Monday to Sunday), which creates uncertainty about work-life balance. The bonus structure was not explained or clarified, despite the absence of a collective agreement. The contract contained multiple errors and typos (e.g. irrelevant wording like “medicine samples”), which made it look unprofessional. Key employment terms, such as schedule and expectations, were not clearly defined. When these issues were raised, the company did not attempt to resolve them; instead, the offer was simply withdrawn.

Great Place to Work

Pros

There’s a lot to learn here, which makes it a great place for anyone looking to grow quickly. The team is dynamic, collaborative, and works at a fast pace—perfect for those who thrive in an energetic environment. You’re constantly exposed to new challenges and opportunities to develop both technical and soft skills. It’s a place where you won’t get bored, and there’s a real sense of momentum.

Cons

It’s a fast-moving environment that requires strong time management and the ability to adapt quickly under pressure. Those who prefer a slower or more structured pace might find it challenging.

Pros

- Competitive Salary (But average when you look at pay/hours worked) - Free Lunch and Dinner

Cons

- Fear-driven, top-down culture: Decisions are dictated by the very top. Managers often invoke the CEO’s or their own boss’s name to pressure teams into rushing work, which creates a climate of fear and compliance rather than collaboration. - “We before me” value is toxic in practice: This value is frequently used to silence individual concerns and push employees to sacrifice personal time for the company. It can feel less like teamwork and more like being guilt-tripped into compliance. - Engineering quality is neglected: Tech debt is rarely prioritized. The focus is on shipping quickly and pleasing top leadership rather than building stable, maintainable systems. - Artificial urgency culture: Overtime is the norm — leaving at 6 pm is uncommon. Managers frequently assign last-minute “urgent” tasks late on Fridays that must be completed before the weekend, even if they are minor or non-critical (e.g., adding an extra log line to a service, renaming a database column for consistency). Expect chaos on a daily basis. - Promotion process lacks transparency: There are no clear rubrics or evaluation criteria. Promotions feel based on perception and relationships with managers rather than objective contributions, which can make career growth feel arbitrary. - Low psychological safety: Many employees avoid challenging decisions or raising concerns for fear of being seen as “not aligned.”
