      Terrible top-down management

      I've met the most wholesome people in my time here.

      Cons

      This is the worst, most political place I've ever worked in. Strong hire/fire culture. Management fires competent people "just because" and keep their inner circle around. Appraisals are based heavily on who's liked by the bosses or whose work gains the highest visibility (even if they do not add value to the product), and not who produces more quality work.

      Terrible Company Ever Worked

      Pros

      1. Salary is good; 2. Food is good;

      Cons

      1. Play lots of office politics, will judge you by relationship not by performance; 2. Manager will not give your objective credit on the project you have done; 3. Will cut people without any warning (by OKR even if your past OKR is not problematic); 4. The technology they use is not good, the team leader do not understand it.

      The worst HR function

      To put it plainly, my experience with this company has been overwhelmingly negative, with much of the dissatisfaction stemming from the HR function. The HR team has significantly influenced the internal culture in a way that seems to be detrimental to the company's health and reputation. Their actions and behaviors have surpassed the boundaries of professional and ethical conduct, which I find deeply unsettling. It's a situation that requires serious attention and rectification.
