      Pros

      - High compensation package - Good benefits (Monthly team bonding budget, snacks & drinks in office, meal allowance) - Nice office - These perks may be worth the stay at OKX if you don't get laid off suddenly

      Cons

      - Ridiculously poor planning; Hasty laid off a lot of PMs only to cause everyone to panic and start leaving. Then start rehiring for the same roles that they laid off just a couple weeks ago. - Very waterfall; product development process extremely slow - Very top down; everyone expected to just execute - Coordination between departments is poor; frequent overlapping of scope resulting in a lot of redundancy

      Not for everyone, especially if you came from rather international background

      Pros

      - Very hardworking colleagues from the product engineering and design teams who are willing to help get things through even in a very short notice - Pretty decent perks and benefits: weekday meal allowances, rental reimbursement, learning budget, gym allowances etc. - Average or slightly above compensation compared to the rest of the crypto industry

      Cons

      - Lack of respect and empathy towards colleagues and working counterparts - Unusually long working hours are expected from the team - Lack of knowledge transfer and transparency - Strong emphasis on organisational hierarchy where people make presumption about one's capability based on the seniority - Very bad cross-team collaboration, teams are almost working in complete silos - Close minded and shortsighted product visions from the product leaders - Misaligned product visions with the company overall goals - Very poor product planning and prioritisation - Very poor awareness of regulatory and compliance affairs - Difficult for non-mandarin speakers to contribute at large as most working counterparts do not converse well in english

      toxic company culture

      Pros

      Really can not come up with anything positive, the company overall is very toxic and abusive.

      Cons

      A Chinese company pretending to be an international one, interally have no regards to respecting employee benefits. excessive overtime with no allowance, the senior management is incompetent and have to rely on external parties for product development, later they even steal key informations from external market makers to build a internal market making team, even though, sadly, still not making money.
