Free snacks, drinks, some people are nice

Cons

They want to be internationalized, but what they are doing is very Chinese. No trust, employees need to do daily work in security software that blocks google and copy and paste. What you are doing is being monitored. No transparency. Hierarchical team structure. Many policies need to follow.

Competitive salary and average benefits. Nice offices and free snacks

Cons

Fake positive reviews. Authoritarian management (Beijing style). Poor management that change their minds ALL THE TIME. It's a real mess.

Great potential. Drastically poor experience

Nice office. Nice employees. Company has lots of room to grow if management changes.

Cons

All decisions made in China. Nobody knows what they are really doing No advice or understanding taken from experienced hires Typical Chinese model of copy and not much innovation. Company has been lucky to get to its current standing but won’t survive with the current style
