      If you want to be a YES MAN, you can survive in the Global Marketing Team Founder is a visionary and has a good foresight towards the industry. BUT, unfortunately let toxic CMO leadership to grow in the company

      Cons

      - Toxic Leadership, Micro Manager (CMO) - Hire and Fire Culture - Need to be a YES MAN to CMO to survive in the team - Threatening Culture - Threaten team members for job safety most of the time - Forced to attend noncritical meetings at midnight, otherwise threatens to affect employee's performance ratings and bonus - No meritocracy, bonus/promo based on YES man culture - 80% of the Global Marketing Team has no crypto knowledge. No one willing to learn the OKX products or use the OKX products - Everyone works towards how to be in the good books of CMO - CMO has no OKRs, no clear plans for the team, no direction - Everything revolves around McLaren & Mancity branding. - No product conversion plan. No ROI for all his spends for branding. - CMO's focus is to LOOK GOOD in front of the CEO

      High pressure, competitive, long working hours

      Pros

      - A rapidly growing company with a lot of opportunities. Good employee benefits includes meals and learning fund.

      Cons

      - Management created an IM group for employees to report bugs and defects with a bounty scheme. The group completed with a leader board to rank who posted the most defects and suggestions and called that person as "the winner". It became a unfavourable place for employees to attack other teams, rewarding bounty hunters who have the leisure time to post minor minuscule suggestions and has no benefit to the hard working employees.

      Pros

      Good benefits, lunch is paid for. Dinner is covered if you OT. Good health insurance and medical coverage and gym perks.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Get ready to say good bye to your external social life. Very chinese company culture. You can forget about doing your core work when there are meetings after meetings. Despite the desire to internationalize, majority are still using mandarin to communicate.
