Basically, no matter how high your salary is, it can be matched. The meal allowance and team building policy are very good.

Cons

bad culture，no clear career growth path, no salary adjustment, some team leaders have no respect for employees below

- Lunch allowance for all employees - Decent renumeration packages (fitness/learning allowance + salary)

Cons

- My team (not all teams) didn't have friendly people, I found it challenging to work together with and get information from - Codebase, pre-recorded videos, meetings all in chinese

Cons

- Chinese culture. Just work and don't question. - Language barrier (Expect Chinese to be used widely) - Policy on AI tools: Over-emphasizing the use of AI, expecting more productivity (i.e more work).
