Engagement is total Disaster Employee engagement scores remain at the bottom of the entire company, year after year. More than 5 HRBPs died because of supporting this team in just two years. Yes, less in 2 years. 4. Zero Inclusion, Zero Global Mindset Most managers are overseas for the first time and have no understanding of multicultural management. No inclusion and No respect. If you don’t speak Chinese, forget about growth, visibility, or opportunities. You will always be treated as an outsider.

Work life balance? non existence. they expect you to live at your desk, answering at 3 am. 24/7 work culture is their idea of joke. but the punchline is your burnout. no international exposure, just like a claustrophobic bubble of bad ideas. the free food is their only perk and it’s basically a bribe to keep you trapped in their safe little dystopia.
