Pros

You willing to go through all the cons for some PTO and mediocre health insurance plan?

Cons

- Digital Marketing Specialist is 10% Skill, 10% actually learning and implementing proper strategies, 40% trying to make sure a client doesn't cancel with whatever excuse they can, and 40% trying to upsell their current - Imagine working as a Digital Marketing Specialist and being micro managed for the amount of phone time you have on a day to day basis. - "We are unique because we are the only marketing company that keeps this relationship and communication with our clients" No kidding. Doing about 1 hours of actual work building them something, then calling once every two weeks to explain why they are doing great, no movement, or doing bad. It's never "OUR" fault and when it is let's use every opportunity we have to upsell these clients. Clients are getting screwed left and right while the face of the company that contacts them on a regular has to do everything they can to give excuses to keep these clients on board. -We literally have roleplay where we pretend someone else on our team is trying to cancel a program and we do whatever we can to "save them". -Upper management literally looks at specified teams and see who had the most cancels, who made the most upsells, and who had the most phone time. Does this sound like a Digital Marketing Job? Or does this sound like a sales job? -There's a Google Ads team (You aren't a part of that you just upsell the client for Google Ads everything technical is on another team) -There's a web team (You personally don't make these changes you just request them) -There's an onboarding team (They do the initial buildout of -typically- a Google My Business) -Then there's you. A profession where you collect photos from clients, get talked down to from clients, do whatever you can to prevent clients cancelling (If you can't manage this we'll toss it up to a manger because these guys are the last line of defense to make sure these clients don't cancel) Even if every number in the book doesn't make sense we will still keep you on and try to upsell you to another product. The go-to product is Google Ads. Still not enough? You need a website come pay us. Still not enough? Let's do more social media come pay us. Still not enough? Oh you aren't doing well because we don't have enough pictures.

Pros

Leaving this dull and lackluster company

Cons

Wasted a lot of time here. Noticed lack of honesty and organization in the company. Favritism based on tenure, frequently missed deadlines / empty or misleading promises from sales, history of outsourcing to Malaysia. Cookie cutter designs and use of free pluigns. You could easily build and rank a site yourself using wix and save the hassle and costs. Proprietary reviews app that is padded and is designed incorrectly this cannot even be styled. Business is backed by knockoff sales force crm with extremely poor interface and design.

Thanks for the feedback. I wanted to correct a few misstatements made in your condemnation of our company. Hard work, honesty, respect, are all hallmarks of our mission. We work hard for our clients, treat our employees with respect, and create beautiful work along the way. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Some nice old timers that work on the floor that try to help you out when management does not.

Cons

The two owners are not always on the same page as to the product. One will say one thing, and the other one something different leaving you to determine for yourself your best direction. They "think" they train but in truth they have no idea what real training is. Then they wonder why no one is living up to exceptions. They run ad's for work every week as no one stays there long. Owners and staff curse and swear far to much as well.
