Pros
Great pay; Lots of hours; Excellent benefits (part-time benefits for those who work 30 hrs/week; full-time is 40 hrs/week); Flexible for those who are in school; overtime pay;
Cons
Difficult work environment; crude coworkers (when I started I was the only woman who worked in the warehouse); management knew I wanted to work in the office but continually hired other people for those jobs- I finally had to beg for one when it opened up; was consistently put down for not working full time- comments like "If you worked more hours, you'd get a better raise"; mandatory 50 hour work weeks; minimal opportunities for advancement;
