Business Outlook
Pros
Working at the home I work at is close to my home. The hours are flexible, and work with my schedule for college. My PC is wonderful to work with, and very easy to get along with, he cares about our clients, and that is important to me. Co-workers are also great. Oakridge is great at training, and following up on training of new hires.
Cons
The only con to this job right now is that we are short staffed, so I work almost every weekend. The pay could be better for Resident Instructors; I feel like then we would not be so short staffed.
