Pros
Easy to navigate plain english documents above the open source products they support. Many of their people are very good technically (and many of the people that they say are their best and brightest are not.)
Cons
Attach themselves to anything that may create a sense of being in the elite echelons of software engineering. Ar a far cry from the world class rub of there academic associations. They exploit youth farming them out at elite knowledge rates without any training only to get trained by ex-employees on the job. Elitists internally towards each other, toward the customer, salesmen treats you like you were born yesterday and comes across fake, and disingenuous. Like to paint themselves as clever foxes in a stupid world.
