      Pros

      Amazingly intelligent people in all areas of the business that enable pretty much anything to be achieved. Very high standards in most areas across the business with lots of variety to the work.

      Cons

      In the drive for profitability over time the company became driven too much by technology and seemed to lose focus on people. However it still provides a great service.

      Pros

      Innovative - I found lot of new technologies used there. In my team we have freedom for try new things. The idea is to improve, and we have the key element to do it Good team work - young colleagues, with very proactive mood, lot of internal communications, good practices of scrum, meeting for sharing new technologies, conferences... High chances of improving No stress at all

      Cons

      (1) Hatfield... come on, I can understand it is a good place for vans for going everywhere in England, but for developers it is the worst place in the world. I cannot live in Hatfield, I have to commute from London to the north, this means I have to pay a season ticket for the train... and it is very expensive (2) Salary - unfortunately is low respect other companies (3) Commuting in the north means you are making sacrifices with your social life cause you have to build it up in Hatfield... and moreover everything seems to be twice expensive

      Pros

      Vibrant and youthful place with plenty of opportunities for growth both vertically and horizontally. Free basic breakfast and a few social gatherings throughout the year.

      Cons

      Pay is below average as with maternity leave and holiday leave. Location is also out of the way and not close to any nice shops.
