You are a number, not a human Very boring, no room to progress unless you have a good relationship with managers and even then you are treated badly Bad morale. The atmosphere is stagnant and dangerous as many are stressed, hiding illness, large drug usage by staff and managers. Many accidents, attempted suicides, suicides, high staff mortality, bullying by other staff and managers inside and outside of work both physically and mentally High pressure for little pay. To have a decent wage you have to be a slave which in turn takes it's toll on your personal life Different rules for different people Its run mostly by immigrants who have no understanding of the language or culture Large amount of theft and fraud

Pay needs to be improved.
