Senior management has become unhinged and greed has led expansion to exceed logistics. The company has cut pay severely instead of investing in the employees to overreach its expansion when it cannot currently sustain the 160 stores it currently has.

The only pro is weekly pay, I would say the discount but the food is stale and the product is cheap leftovers from other retailers scraps

Staffing,pay, lack of accountability,poor internal policies and operating procedures. Company operates from a position of fear and retaliation.

The discount is fine, even if they don’t offer it on all items.

Cons

Too many to name. Horrific management, false promises, furloughs, unrealistic expectations, abysmal training, cult like atmosphere for people close to the owner. Just an unorganized mess of a company.
