First and foremost, thank you for nearly 10 years at OSJL. We truly value those who have helped support the company's continued growth. Sounds like you have concerns about work life balance. We do believe in work life balance and our 45 hour work week for leaders is a five hour reduction from years past. Additionally we have provided leaders with a bonus three day weekends throughout the year and on top of a PTO structure allows for unused portions to be carried over each year. Sorry you have left us but we do wish you well for your future career opportunities.

Thank you. As for the allocation. We have new leadership and the team is working across the organization to improve the flow of goods to the stores. Speaking to availability, the store needs to ensure that we have the right people in the right place to ensure the workload and customers are taken care of. This is unique to each location based off of many factors.

None really, depending on the location you might have some great managers.

Cons

The company refuses to invest any of its profit into its workforce or even into modernizing their stores. Anything they post in response to this review will be either an outright lie or gross distortion of the facts. Oh, and no holiday pay or Sunday pay unless it’s required by the state you work in.
