I can honestly say that I have enjoyed working for OFB and they allowed me to grow within my department. I believe they are fair to their employees and allow us to be heard.

Cons

The only con I can say is that I am based in RB HQ2 and live in Toms River. I was told there is no room there but I do work in the hotel space 1 time a week and I do see many empty offices and spaces, it can get costly going to RB with Gas and tolls. However, my files and work is locked up in RB HQ2, I am more productive working there.

I've been working for the company for several years, and can wholeheartedly state it has significantly improved become a great place to work. Good compensation and hybrid office/remote work policy. Senior management that values people under them.

Cons

Health benefits choices could be better.
