      The people of OceanFirst Bank are wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Sr. Management just doesn't get it anymore. the closed a bunch of branches (understandably) but are not staffing the remaining branches appropriately. Retail feels like it is a dyeing bird here, and we feel it everyday.
