very stressful, constantly being monitored so you feel like you will be penalized even taking a bathroom break

I've been working for the company for several years, and can wholeheartedly state it has significantly improved become a great place to work. Good compensation and hybrid office/remote work policy. Senior management that values people under them.

Cons

Health benefits choices could be better.
