consistent supervision, great learning opportunity

Cons

difficult population, residential treatment is what it is; teamwork did not always exists between the treatments teams which encouraged clients to 'split'

It does seem that there are a number of people who work there who genuinely care for the residents.

There is an overall lack of communication between departments. There also appears to be a need for organization throughout.
