As my resume reflects I have over fifteen years in the field as a case manager. My duties have included offering therapeutic and life skill support to clients with various challenges from mental disabilities, homelessness, chemical dependence issues and compromising health conditions. I have facilitated individual counseling sessions, groups sessions including relapse prevention, and Daily living skill trainings. I have also assisted clients with their desired treatment planning and was responsible for updating progress documentation. Moreover I pride myself on working closely with my clients, managers and co-workers. I possess strong interpersonal, time management, and teamwork skills.
