there is no more over time work paid full health benefit

Cons

poor management, there is no strong work ethics, high turnover in accounting department . there is no strong internal control. people who usually work less then one year in accounting department. there is no professional dress code. collusion in accounting department. they don't pay overtime. there is no specific job description. accountant manager dont have strong guiding skills to train new employees.
