Great non profit organization that really insured resources were applied to client care.

Like most non-profits with governmental contracts; at times budgets were very tight,

Pros

Flexible work environment and some loyal staff.

Cons

Poor senior management and lack of direction and strategy from the top down. Leadership could be a lot better and more informed with industry trends. Pay could also be better at all levels minus senior management as it is a bit top heavy.
