They care about their employees overall wellness. They promote professional growth. High standards. High expectations. They provider exceptional service to their clients. Very caring staff.

Cons

The salary isn't competitive. The health insurance is too expensive. They move bad staff too often from one department to another, instead of addressing the problem.
