Pros

Hiring process was easy. Company is very organized. Its easy to communicate with HR department.

Cons

Employees that work on Randal's islands shouldn't have to pay tolls if they drive. I feel the company should provide toll pass. However they do provide a van service that will take you to and from the major stations.
