no growth opportunity, a lot of promises that were never kept. Family members are treated much better and rules are bent for them. Never received a raise in my entire time there. The president even sent us a message years ago, promising automatic raises. It never happened. benefits are nonexistent and health insurance was hundreds of dollars every paycheck. I could not afford it.

The company has been struggling for many years and needs to "look in the mirror" and decide if it wants to improve and grow. Unfortunately, the culture is dysfunctional, borderline toxic with double standards, low integrity, and lack of empathy for the employees. Culture is more than coke machines and jeans days but rather can be built by trusting employees, letting them do their job, give opportunities to advance, and pay a living wage.
