Pros

I want people to know that everything you read is not always true. I have worked here for a while and I can tell you that the majority of things that have been written about Upper Management and the company are not true. Most jobs in Sales are not typically 8-5 if you want to be successful. Sales in this industry is hard work but very rewarding if you try hard and put in the time. You have no cap on how much money you can make, each Rep has their own territory, you do receive some leads but if you have the desire to make money and are willing to work hard Offix would be a good choice. Our Admin and Service departments are some of the best people to work with. The Admin team is always willing to help with anything and if they can't find an answer to a problem they will find someone who can. The Service department is top notch! They will go the extra mile to help a customer no matter the size of the company or problem. All of the Techs are highly trained which is a huge asset to the Sales department. Offix is a service-based company, which makes us stand out from our competitors. The owners are a husband and wife team who have been married for close to 25 years; they started this company in 1999 and have grown Offix into one of the Elite Dealers in our area. They care for their employees and their families. Benefits are good, reps get iPad/laptop, monthly car and phone allowance. If this sounds like a company you would like to work with give us a call and come join our family.

Cons

Because of the size of the company, employee benefits are a little higher than you would find in a larger company.

Pros

I had my pick of places to work but when I had reached the ceiling at my previous workplace, I turned to Offix. They have large-company vision and execution with the personal touch of a small company. They take the time to properly cultivate their relationships rather than treat their customers like numbers. I'm proud to call myself a part of the team and to be an instrumental part of their growth.

Cons

There is always room for improvement. The new CRM and order processing system is coming in the next 30 days which should take about 95% of my pain away in the long-term. We need more territory coverage as well.
