Pros

Offix haves a strong service team witch is excellent if you sell for this company. If you work hard and bring in results the management team will reward you, For the Sales arena they are protected territories, training and expenses paid. Also, we have a sales support that will help to do all you admin duties while you're out in the field. Where you see that these days? Sales is not a job from 8am to 5am - if you want to make 100K or more. Working for a technology company and a dealer you have multiple lines of business to sell. We also participate in several networking events with the principal chambers in NOVA & DC. Sales Leaders are great to work for and they are hands on witch motivates and understand to help member overcome objections as they understand the market. Ramp up period is supported all along for the new hires until they achieve quota and we make sure that our sales reps are producing and earning. The Sales Department haves contests and President's club for top performers. This year is in Cancun, Mexico. Very excited moments for OFFIX Sales Department.

Cons

Location of Sales headquarters must be near the Metro Area - but overall we are still successful even if we aren't close. I understand the owners are looking at it for the near future.
