2. Performance structure and lower management has its issues. No one is perfect. However, this is a high caliber and rapidly growing organization. These things are expected to happen, they are called growing pains. The owners are aware of these issues and are already working at adjusting to make things better for the sales team and the rest of the company.
With hard work and dedication, six figure income in a position of this type is entirely obtainable after the 3 year mark. Even in the second year I could have easily seen around 70-90k.
This is not the job for someone who does not wish to put in the time and effort. The hours are flexible, but you should expect to be successful, you will be investing 50-60hrs a week if not more on certain weeks. Not all will be at the office some are hours spent from the pc sitting on your couch at night in front of the tv with your family.
