Pros

-Great Company Culture, I know it's something they work hard for and value so it deserves to be mentioned. -Paid time off is good, I like the system where vacation and sick time is all in one bank. -Nice community benefits, Zoo Lights, Blue Jackets tickets (although not yet this year). -Marginal bonus but we did get shoes as well this year.

Cons

-Tuition reimbursement is unrealistic and outdated, $3,500 doesn't go far in the college arena. But, if you're a clinical employee and you want to advance your education it's 100% paid for (sounds fair). -401k is OK, could match more than 2% if you put up the 4%. They do provide 2% automatically which is good.

Pros

The internal audit function is well established in the organization. The organization is attempting to become more diversified culturally. The primary focus of the internal audit function, outside of its IT audit function, appears to be more directed toward traditional financial controls.

Cons

The internal audit function may not actually audit areas that create or inherently have greater organizational risk. Solo thinking is still common among some of the higher risk areas of the organization. A new auditor to the organization will also note a lack of a formal talent management program to develop auditors. Accordingly, a new auditor to the organization should be prepared to develop and finance his or her own talent management program.
