Losing heart after many years.

Pros

Pay is at market value. The tuition reimbursement program is great for those who perform direct care services

Cons

Leadership at vice president level and above seems to have lost the heart that they had 17 years ago. Current leadership lacks integrity. They are unwilling to set the same expectation for themselves that they set for associates.

No advancement for minorities. Attendance policy is horrible. Management team has no compassion for the employees.
