People at your level are great.

Cons

Management is lacking, no structure and no room to improve because too many hands in the pot at all times. Very focused on bang for buck and will cut corners to make profit.

Good doctors to work with and very friendly

Cons

Awful rude racist manager who makes the work environment stressful. Always looking for something to use against people and dosen't know why she's still there as a manager and get away with everything. Hard to get a promotion especially when you're from a different country or race.
