Salary. I left because of the salary to make $10 more an hour. They're not competitive but it depends on what you are looking for. I could not afford working there and afford my house. I had to get two jobs until I found a new job. I asked for a raise after being there for 4 years to get $.50. still wasnt enough to live but thats what happens with nonprofits. they will give more money to their executive and an outrageous bonuses to them but not enough for the rest of the team to even manage a house

Zero benefits. Treated like a temp. On Call. No Communication. Did I mention no benefits? This includes lesser pay for holiday hours.
