upper management doesn't really listen, say they hear ya, but then when it comes down to it, little if any changes even after years of hearing the same, the work life balance is not good, and we are constantly short staffed but they keep adding more work, many people feel like they are just working to make the "not for profit" company money; the intended service is so worth it, but the reality leaves a lot to be desired, over stretched and who suffers the most, patients and families.
