Pretty good health insurance, yearly raises and bonuses, yearly additional bonus and/or gift to associates, good paid time off system, employer match retirement, great company culture of inclusivity and diversity

Cons

Could be better for in-network healthcare out-of-pocket costs, but it's still good insurance
