      Completely disorganized, fragmented communication, doubtful they will ever figure it out. SW overseeing RNs and she is not capable of team building nor cohesion. Intellectually and emotionally unhealthy place to work. Poorly executed initiatives, poorly thought out and planned initiatives, flying by the seat of their pants. massive amount of healthcare waste of people standing around with nothing to do and misappropriation of funding. The cliques were horrible unwelcoming and noninclusive.
