      Company Preaches Ethics, but Doesn't Always Practice Them

      Pros

      Large company where you can build a career, not just a job.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than industry standards, insurance is terrible, and nepotism runs rampant. Culture is similar to a caste system where upper management treats staff with disdain. Diversity becomes nearly non-existent at VP level and above.
