      Worked at OhioHealth for over 25 years in various clinical and IT positions and loved my career and opportunities with this organization. Left OhioHealth to relocate for my husbands position to the Sarasota/Bradenton, Florida area. It

      I had no issues with working for OhioHealth. It was a hard decision to leave it's a wonderful organization from the top down.

      Pros

      HSA if you have no medical needs.

      Cons

      Old hospital - old ideas. nurse to patient ratio 5:1 on nights, charge takes patients, be careful coming to work here, nurses mainly do tech goods as techs are so poorly trained. Not enough staff to handle size of hospital. Rapid response is not rapid and is IV team at night.
